They have a sign that says no dogs allowed when you enter the parking lot. We go often and I have yet to see a dog there.
I believe you can in certain parts like the trails, but I wouldnt take a dog into the playgrounds or sports fields.
You can have your dog on the rail trail, but dogs are not allowed at the lake. Same with bicycles.
