Wow, I'm sure this a just a miscommunication. This has been my car wash go to for about 4 years now and NEVER have encounter such issues. Perhaps we have a new crew in training or new system. They are cool people just let them know your concerns and the issues will be addressed, I'm sure. Stay safe & be blessed!
The office manager is onsite from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday. If you have time to visit the location they can also assist you in the office. You should only be getting charged once per month, so it would appear that there is an issue. We really look forward to resolving this for you.
When you sign up, you agree to be charged every month on the day that you signed up. You have to cancel your direct payment. I don't know why they didn't answer the phone
