Yes, just tell them your schedule. They are very good about making sure you get out in time. And the food is usually prepared very quickly.
how long does it take you to eat...and enjoy? 2hrs? If so, and you walk at a normal pace, you'll be there before 7:30. If no to either of the above, then give yourself more time ....

I think you have enough time to make it by 7:30. I always estimate on spending 2 hours at Shun Lee during prime dinner times.
