I love the guys, but the food is not what it used to be. Shun Lee used to be one of the premier Chinese restaurants in NYC, almost to the point that they had the right to look down on their customers. They used to serve the most exquisite delicacies and stuck to their guns on traditional cuisine, but now they seem to have caved to the American handbook on Chinese cooking. I get that it's better for business, but I really hope they go back to what they used to be.
