I’m thinking about getting some stuff from here for a birthday meal surprise. We love their pastrami sandwiches. The thing is, I’m 1 hour away. Is there anything I can request or do so the sandwiches are as close as possible to what you eat there?

Take out is as good as eating in. Same quality amd quantity.
