Why are the tickets for Donna Summer Musical Orchastra Row WW, seats 105 to 112 only $109.00 but row Z seats which are the row before WW are $139.00? Are the seats in Row WW blocked some way?

Probably because they are partial view seats. There are hand rails with glass inserts that are in the view of some seats.

Not blocked, but not quite as good a view, I wouldn't pay the extra though the view in this theatre is pretty good everywhere
