Do NOT buy from Broadway.com, we booked the tickets and had a death in the family so we couldn't attend on the date that we selected. We called the DAY AFTER we booked and they didn't allow us to change the date or get a refund. So badly managed, they had 4 empty seats in the theater and we lost $600 dollars. So disappointed, we love broadway and want to be able to attend on a regular basis, but cases like this make us extremely upset and not wanting to go so often because their policies are not reasonable.

Absolutely terrible don’t waste your time. Can never get a human on the phone and constant website issues which made me loose tickets I thought I purchased for my anniversary and now they are gone, no help, no care, these people and this place is useless use any other site but this one…. Oh and now I just re purchased tickets through another company which was great but just paid the same price for seats further back in the orchestra. Broadway.com should be ashamed of how they conduct business especially for their customers. They could offer me free stuff and wouldn’t accept it from this place. It’s crazy how a “legit” site comes off as scammers…nuts so again so not use them go anywhere else

Buying tickets was easy. Getting them off the web was a little more challenging. But all worked out ok. Saw Hamilton which was good but not nearly as good as original cast.

A gift card from Broadway.com can be redeemed for any show it is selling (all Broadway, most off-Broadway, some special engagements) through its website or service center. Since the individual shows do not sell gift cards themselves, it's a great gift idea for someone to see a show, but they don't know which show to see yet!
If you haven't printed them yet, you probably can cancel the tickets you purchased, then buy the ones you have the most preference.
I paid $33.82 for service and handling, plus ,$20 insurance, per ticket for the 2:00 pm show

I got the cancellation Insurance when I ordered my tickets. I knew if I had to cancel, I'd be able to get a full refund with the insurance.
Your ticket will come through as an attachment on your email and you can either print it off or show your ticket on your phone at the theatre. Also you can opt to pick them up from the theatre box office you just take id with you.
