Hi There! I would recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our pharmacists. They can help you take a closer look at the strain, terpene and cannabinoid content, dosage, etc., and try to work with you on desired effects. Our consultations are free, so please give us a call or email us, and we will get that appointment setup for you! :)
I'm not a pharmacist but I can speak on my personal experience. Yes paranoia can happen if you're not taking the right strain. Sativa is an upper so when coupled with anxiety, it's not a good mix and can cause hightened paranoia. I have the same issue, and I almost always stick to Indica strains to counter it with a more mellow and calming experience. Or a CBD strain should be able to help alleviate your issues. Perhaps an Indica Dominant hybrid to give you a little bit of pep, but mainly that calming feeling without feeling like you're "stuck to the couch". If anxiety, paranoia, and panic attacks are your problem, avoid Sativa. I hope this helps!!
I'm not a pharmacist but I believe that there are chemicals in marijuana in general that may make you feel that way or have those symptoms I would consult a pharmacist on the dose or the strain you are using May minimize that effect.
I am In NY I'll be home next week and order some thing Thank you Cindy 😊
