Why do I have to make two trips up there in order to get what I paid for. This is on going situation that happen all the time. They service is poor and the manager's have bad attitude something need to be done.

So far I've not had a problem. I always check my order before leaving. Mistakes happen! Check your order before driving away. Problem solved

We try to get orders out correctly this is why the order is repeated back after a customer orders, then they get asked at the first window if ________ is their order. Then they are suppost to give the receipt to the customer. (The receipt is the verification of the order but no one wants the proof of what they order)Then they get asked again at the last window. At times people just say yea yea. As they are on their phones. And the numbers have changed on the menus most people only say i want a # X not knowing prices have changes or that the numbers have. Ask ask tell is our statement ask ask tell. We are working on this so that these mistakes don't happen as often in the future.

Contact corporate office and advise about the situation. I have not had a problem with this place.
