I will say that the Depot is a concert venue used by popular bands and other performers, so you may find the cost quite prohibitive. But worth trying to reach them I suppose! Edit: saw in a review that someone's company had rented it out for a private event before. So it seems possible. Just recommend reaching out to the venue directly.
