Yes they do & you can go there & look at there RV s & Boats & one of the sales associates can steer you to the correct shop or repair person whom can show or teach you what you need to know on the how to of setting up your RV. Think the sales associate on the 2 door to left of the front door can help you with any of your question & his name is Kim.
When we purchased ours, they did a walk through and showed us everything.
You can also look at Youtube. There's a lot of information available.
When a Rv..Travel Trailer, 5th wheel or Motorhome is sold we always do a Walk Thru with the customer, so they understand thoroughly how to use all functions correctly.
