Too many old bougie people in this town. I am new to the area and have tried many places. I wouldn't consider this a spa and neither should you. If you want a spa-like experience you book a $600 day escape to one-so customers need to keep their perspectives in check. I went in with zero expectations and came out with a great pedicure, manicure and wax. I could care less about the atmosphere or if it is loud or not. Again, I did not come to the library or "spa". Pop your headphones in and keep it moving. I think some customers want Caviar on a budget and set themselves up for failure. For those that have moved on, they will complain about something or more than one thing as the prices escalate. It seems to be a theme here with the locals. Way too many old ladies running around expecting 1950's customer service and wanting to pay little. Cannot have it like that these days. Just go into places with reasonable expectations and focus on what you went there for.........an AFFORDABLE pedicure, manicure of full set. I don't understand the "spa" mentality at that price range. Go try a real spa and pay $600 for the day plus tip if you want to relax and have people walk around like it's a library. If you feel offended on an honest, transparent and real review then you are the problem. Look in yourself to fix it and leave others alone.

Anthony gave an amazing foot and leg massage and paid special attention to sore/tender spots. He was very respectful and professional. The facility itself isn’t anything fancy, but it wasn’t dirty. The actual pedicure polish part could be better but overall, was a good experience.

Opposite of relaxation. The chairs are crammed so tight there is hardly room to get in and out, lots of talking loudly and yelling across the business, the owner is very rude to some employees. The finished product is just OK. It was like this both times I have gone. Not very clean either, very dusty.

I’ve been happy with the service I have received from Nah but the salon and stations are very dirty and unkempt. Phillip is my reason for never coming back. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. He’s always shouting and throws the f bomb at customers. He also says very mean things. I’ve tried to figure him out but after going there for a couple years…I’m done. It isn’t a pleasant experience.
