Can you please give us the phone number? The office we have tried contacting has yet to return two phone calls (last call was a week ago with no call back). Which office did you have such good customer service? Thank you.

It’s really inconvenient and irritating that they’re completely closed on weekends. I can’t even make an appointment for later in the week until Monday and even then I’ll still be forced to wait a couple more days. Last time this happened I ended up being told I needed to go to the hospital immediately cause I waited too long and my throat was about to close up. I’m not suggesting being open on the weekends but atleast have some sort of online appointment booking so people like me who need antibiotics asap are able to get them in a timely manner.

Easy to get appt and complete paperwork online (before the visit). Excellent communication from Dr. Ernst (i.e. test results) and he is responsive after the visit to messages since via their portal.
