They're hired with a high school diploma and then trained by the company on how to stick people with a needle and they work under the doctor's license. Many employees try to keep it very professional to make themselves seem very professional and strict. However, CSL hires actual phlebotomist.
Strick how? U have to weight more than 110, and everything else has to be good for you to donate, after u do the kiosk u cannot walk outside or u will have to do it over. What else?
