You have to go to the old parkland hospital. They have a dentist there. But the dentist there only pulls teeth, they only take xrays of your mouth and pull teeth. It is on the 3rd or 4th floor. You can always ask someone on that floor. Where the dentist office is.
You can see but I don't think so. I asked while I was pregnant about my infected wisdom tooth at the WISH clinic and they told me to go see a dentist. You might want to try Eversmile dental as they have specials for people without dental insurance. They took out my tooth for $200 including the anesthesia.
