Disagree. One Of the one places that is the friendliest places to go. Staff is very helpful and get you started right. Don't go all the way to LEPD.
Dont know who this eclips charachter is or why he would give you bad info, but you can rent and shoot rifles at 19 no problem. You will need somebody with you over 21 to do pistols
