While stock is super low at the moment (totally understandable) the sales people are great! Super helpful, no pressure and took the time to really understand and talk through what it is that I want. Fingers crossed that production speeds up! I would absolutely recommend Coughlin Ford. They have a very nice facility there, clean, easy to navigate, personable sales people, clean restrooms and a nice waiting room. It looked like the service department was hopping.

I doubt you would be able to talk to the actual owners of the entire Coughlin group but you can start with the general manager of the Pataskala Ford dealership. His name is Jay Casto. I would imagine you can just call him.
I think they do. They try to help everyone as much as possible
They will do their best to not leave you stranded.
