I noticed a lot of the things are like hobby lobby. You have to go to surrounding flea markets or back roads for anything genuine or old. Ther have a few peices but the price definately reflects that. Amish country looks a lot like yankee candle and a lot of stuff from 10 years ago. I basically go for food and plants anymore. Still compared to everything else in Ohio it’s nice to get away and can still afford it.

Most are not one of a kind but they are not something that you are going to see everywhere you go. Very little in the shops of "Amish Country" is handmade any more. You need to travel the back roads to find hand crafts now.
