No I went and the security told me they are closed. You have to keep calling until you get someone on the phone. What number are you calling?

I’ve been waiting since March and I have received nothing,i got a letter stating everything I will be receiving but nothing is being processed!they keep telling me to call but it’s becoming annoying now.
