I don't think so. The cost is only $10 per month for basic membership. Very reasonable
I'm not sure if Planet Fitness will give you a discount on a Silver Sneakers membership. I've been getting emails recently about discounts for sports tickets and other things. So they may actually have a discount for SS. I would call the location and see if you can find out.
