I have been trying on and off to call them and the wait time is too long. Also tried to make appointment on line and as of today date of 07/13/21, I went on their web site to schedule a appointment and there are no appointments for July & Aug.

Yeah, i had the experience. Very frustrating. I had to go there in person because i could not get thru via phone at all. They told me their phones aren't working. How do you run a business with no phones?!! Beats me. Just go there in person, it's the only way you will make contact.

When i was there they said their stuff is internet based and havent had email or phones
