Yes.
As far as I understand it, ALL B'way theatres have assistive listening devices. Also, I was recently at the Richard Rodgers Theatre and my 83 year old father, who has hearing issues, not only did not complain about any sound issues but loved the show so much that he and his wife count it among their favorites!
