I have two tickets to frozen tomm and there is a bad storm scheduled , the trains wont be running may i cancel my tickets for a later date

How much are you selling the tickets for$? Call the theater and see if they have a rain date policy.

Agreed...StubHub. its too late for other options unless the theater will manage it for you for a reseller fee.

I don't believe that's possible. Try looking into a third party site like stubhub and see if you can sell them, maybe? Just be careful for scams.
