Two short flights to the Mezzanine, two more to the balcony. You come out at the top of the balcony, so there are stairs down to your seat as well. There are women's restrooms on the upper levels, but the men's is singular and down, down, down. No elevators, but I attended with two people with arthritis problems or pain in back and knee & they made it to the balcony OK.

Like someone else said, go to TKTS in Time Square but you might want to up your minimum to about $135 or $140. To Kill A Mocking Bird is worth it.

The old rules for dressing for the theater are long gone. The last time we attended there was everything from shorts,t shirts and sandals to sport coats and ties. Be comfortable and neat in long pants and a shirt with a collar. I still wear a sport coat but I am an old fashioned guy.

Almost all of the seats provide a pretty good view of the stage. You should be fine.

Not sure they do. I believe that the majority of extra tickets are sold at TICKETS on Times Square. You can try giving the theater a call though. To Kill A Mockingbird is still a pretty fresh show so unless you are planning to go mid-week, you may not have much luck. It is a GREAT show.
