I have bought frozen tickets for April. With the corona situation in USA , we may not be able to visit New York as planned. Can I get a refund? Also heard that most of the events are being cancelled in New York. Will they close theater?

You would have to call the theater.

I got an email about another theatre I had visited who said they had upped their game about handwashing so perhaps all theatres are doing this. If they close the theatres then u should be entitled to your refund
