Hmmm. Not sure exactly what you are getting at. The sprinklers for the plants are on periodically, but there aren't exactly any suitable for kids to cool off. I hope this proves useful.
Agreed. Nowhere in the park are sprinklers for kids to play in. The sprinklers are all within the flower beds.
