They do service by cart. From late morning to late lunch. Then they turn over to waiter in the evening. But, you can get other dishes on the menu any time. You can also get an adult beverage if desired. But, they sometimes cater to private parties. So they are sometimes close during those events and sometimes not. But, there food is good. You can always ask someone at the front door if you think a party is happening and they will guide you correctly. One of my go to Dim Sum places for years now.
I think only lunch time. It is verg good and they even have a table towards the back of the restaurant where you can get other dishes to choose from. We like abd enjoy their dimsum.
