I have a friend who is interested in coming to see station in a few weeks. He lost his id. Has his permit with his picture on it. Can he come to the show?

Has it expired? This place checks everyone's ID who enters the place with a reasonable amount of diligence. If it's still valid and looks like your friend you should be all set.

I can't speak for the venue but a permit with a picture on it sounds like state ID to me.

You mean driver's permit? Definitely if its not expired. I still doubt they will not let your friend in even if its expired

A permit is a form of id so he should be fine. My sister lost her license once and used her permit too
