No my niece as young as eight was ripping the track
They have race track for experience driver, who has driver license. The other track is for non-license which ranges from 18 and under. I do not know if 13 is where they stop at.
They have both adult and child race's.
It's a track. You can assemble your own team of friends or strangers of any desired age group, and go racing together.
