Due to poor care at night, my father almost died of suffocation. They sent him to the hospital and did not call to notify us. They do not pay attention to patients when they make a call through the alert button. The center needs to improve the facilities to have more hygiene in terms of cleaning. Take more staff due to the number of patients for a nurse.

I thank Jesus Christ for using the CNA Ms. Melina to help with caring for my mom. I thank Jesus Christ for the help that I received from the nurses, the Administrator Michael and the social worker. I have to thank Jesus Christ for the Physical therapy crew God bless these people. They helped my mom with her recovery for her legs. She was discharged today and I'm very grateful and happy. It was a blessing to meet the other patients there as well.

I think the facility has both good and bad issues just like everything. The administrator Michael is attentive. He helped rectify matters I was concerned with regarding my aunts care. Overall the staff is very nice.

The staff was very unprofessional and not caring at all. Mice traps were placed in room, Ac was broken and had to bring a fan from home .My mom laid in her fieece all day. The reason replied was due to shortage of staff. Would yell at her when she would call for help. Did not change her wound bandages on her legs which caused her legs to become more swollen and infected. She became dehydrated and bed sores. We asked if we could hire a private nurse to come in, we were told no. Would not wash her because if she told them she was tired and didn’t feel good. They would write in her chart refuse and according to the law they can not make her.I can go on and on. Please if you love or care about your love one Do Not Bring Them Here to this facility. I don’t know why the State has not stepped in to do anything.
