Is it just riding in the go karts or is it racing each person? Also is 1 Race good or 3? How many laps are there per race?

Around 8 to 10 people - it is racing with other people with actual racing results, so not just go kart. 3 races is better. 14 laps in each race.

You race against other people. You are fighting for fastest lap and not necessarily who comes in first. I do 2 races every time I go and it's a nice amount.
