Thanks for asking! The Valvoline Instant Oil Change service center in White Plains is owned by a franchisee. There are 900+ VIOC locations nationwide and about 700 of them are owned by franchisees; the balance are corporate-owned.
Franchise, each district has 8 to 15 stores. Maybe the ones outside of the tri-state areas might be individual owned
