Scheduled a pickup and had several boxes and 2 bags neatly piled. They took the 2 bags and left items in boxes on the floor blocking the entrance. So disappointed.

I had a similar problem as another reviewer. The staff was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I asked for the bag that I had the items in back. She even seem annoyed when she had asked for my number and it didn’t come up. New protocols should be set into place and enough with the rudeness. I didn’t know you picked your own charity to donate to which doesn’t make sense because they throw everything in one bin. So does it even make it to that specific charity? No. I doubt it.
