Thats definitely on the safer side of things in terms of getting a spot most days. Things start getting a bit risky after 6-6:15AM and almost impossible after 6:45. Thats when you end up parking in the grass and hope that you don't get ticketed or that it rains so much that your car gets stuck in the mud. Of course, these times/results can vary.
