Horrible, rude, obnoxious and inhumane people! I was 7 minutes late to my passport appointment and waited on line for 10-15 minutes. I get to the desk and the guys says he won’t accept me because it’s way too late! He stood there literally talking to someone instead of trying to help me! I told him that I had everything filed out all I needed was the photo and for him to sign the application. He refused and rudely turned around and said I have other things to do! I asked if there was anybody else after us and maybe he can take 5 minutes just to do our case because I needed my passport asap. He simply left me standing there! I’m in shock what an obnoxious, inhumane and outrageously rude clerk! Also don’t deal with Micheal!! I don’t think he deserves the position he has! Never USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!! Stay away!!!

I Just Wanted To Say, That I'm Very Satisfied With My New USPS Carrier and The Entire Monroe, NY Post Office Staff as They are Very Professional, Friendly and Helpful. Today, My Newly Assigned Postal Carrier Went Out Of His Way, In Order To Deliver a Package in Which Required a Signature. He Further Delivered The Mail To The Front Door. I Truly appreciate His Help and Support and Dedicated Service. Thank You Very Much For Your Time.

Michael and Christian are the absolute best!! I do a lot of selling online so I am in and out of the post office sometimes several times a week. They both deserve a medal for dealing with some extremely unruly customers in the most professional way. I’ve witnessed customers treat the people behind the counter here so poorly and throw a tantrum because they don’t get their way. Michael and Christian don’t let it phase them and they just efficiently get the job done and move on. It is extremely professional and admirable the amount of patience these two have. They could deal with a downright nasty customer and then greet the next person in line with a cheerful attitude and a smile. Michael and Christian both never seize to amaze me. This is the only post office I come to because of the two of them. I wish all customer service workers would take notes on these two!!
