You could also provide a phone number in an email and ask that someone give you a call. This might work if it's not convenient to go there. But yes, talking to Laura, Alexandra, Oswaldo or any other human at the farm is the best way. Plus, getting anything other than a fresh ham may be problematic. I don't believe they cure meats on premises.
