I had minor surgery at the Surgical Center at the Hudson Valley location on Crompond Rd. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. From the girl at the front desk, who was courteous, to the girl at the registration desk who was efficient, it was great. I was taken by the nurse within a few minutes. My visitor was allowed to stay with me until they took me into the operating room. Doreen and Cheryl were the nurses most involved with my care, and they were so sweet, caring and wonderful. Dr. Debbie Bakes did my surgery. She's such a lovely and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Mascia was my anesthesiologist, and he was so funny. He made me feel relaxed instead of anxious. Great experience!

I was diagnosed with covid here for the first time and was treated like I didn't exist. Wasn't allowed to leave my bed without a bed alarm going off and could leave the room. Some of the nurses were very nice and I cried all night and begged for someone to give me something to sleep. Was told I MAY have a bowel issue and they were wait to see... .st Luke's is worse in Newburgh. There aren't many options. It's all about paperwork and money st..
