I would have kept calling front desk. That line is answered 24/7. I would have demanded action. This is considered their slow season, so, I would have demanded a new room. Yes, this advice is in retrospect of course. I do not work there.
This place was an old Super 8 that lost its backin and they over charge and have no respect for cleaning in my mine they would be better off remolding to have the place have kitchens in rooms than have better housing
