This hotel was soooo great. i love to stay here and Ronia Fadel we love you. we heard so many good thing about you and you didn’t yell at my husband. although, the towels weren’t that pleasing and there was some random person in our room with us 😂😂😂😱😱❤️❤️

We stayed there May 21st. The desk clerk was rude to my husband. Forced him to go out and put a mask on yet she was not wearing one. The place was surrounded by construction and hard to get to. The pillows were a joke. Half the normal size and only 3 of them on the bed. Oh and no one else staying there had to wear a mask. I have managed two motels and never treated my customers the way we were. We are both retired and were in town for a memorial service. Not at all happy with our stay.

Front desk "Heather" 930pm 4/28/22 was quite rude. For the incidental $100 charge they don't take debit card so I had to go get cash across street just to pay the incidental... I've never heard of that before and stay at hotels all the time. I won't be sending my employees here during jobs anymore, mostly because of the customer service.

Positive: This hotel was substandard, it is being used for Drug rehab or a halfway house and should not be mixed with general public booking. We cancelled after the 1st night then struggled to get a refund. We cancelled the credit card charges with our bank. Negative: The staff was a challenge, the rooms were sub standard, see the notes above, we moved after one night.
