This GameStop is pretty good right now. There is a new manager there and even though they have 1 or 2 employees on at a time they're very attentive and help customers as quickly as they can.
My daughter says that there's usually only 1 or 2 employees on and when it's busy answering the phone is not high on the priority list.
They get very busy, and if alone and if someone asks for an old game they do not stock up front, they must go in back to get it. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
