You need to call them with your airway bill number.
Take a state issue I'd with the air bill number about 5 minute and your done. You can track your shipment at https://touch.track-trace.com/aircargo. Put 006 in the box then the air bill number. When you see delta hit track and it will show you all the tracking and if the shipment has arrived and available for pickup
Call them and see when it arrives. Then go to their location with your airbill number and your state isured or government id to claim it. Its very easy. Quick in and out
