They should be all trained well and no doubt they are. But as a hairstylist for years.. i can understand your question. Every stylist has their "forte" or specialty. Just call and ask if there is someone who specializes in blonde coloring. Does make a difference:-)
They should all be trained with all hair level and types to my understanding. I've been going for ablong time and love it. Their all great but Rose is my favorite! Hope that helps.
