Unfortunately there was an earthquake a few years ago that damaged the structure. It has been close since. Not sure when they will reopen it. There is a fence around the construction zone and you are able to walk right up to the fence for free.
You cannot get inside at the moment. Work is being carried out and it will not be finished for months. You get to walk around it for free.
