You have to get lucky and be online exactly at 10am they only sell 400 and most are sold prior to 10am (not sure how that works think it's for the kids)but what's left gets sold by 10:02 am
Luck is part of it, but it's mostly timing. About 2 minutes before go to the site and start hitting refresh watching for the icon to go live. As soon as it does click it and you are queued. While the tickets go on sale at 10am, the system comes online a couple minutes before with the icon going live depending on bandwidth speed because so many people are hitting the website.
Yes, it's true and hard to book online as it's limited..
Go to page exactly around 10 and keep refreshing the page. You may be lucky next time.
