We have actually set up our artificial trees in all of our locations along with lots of other Christmas decor!
Best guess is middle of November but I'd give them a call after Halloween
The store associate didn't know for sure, except to say soon.
Not sure but definitely but Thanksgiving. They have great customer service, I would recommend giving them a call.
