I have NEVER been bullied so bad in my life as when I worked at this facility. This is the MOST rude and UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever worked in my life. The people who actually care about the residents and do a good job get endlessly taken advantage of and treated like dirt. While the lazy employees who don't care are constantly praised. There is some serious bullying going on between the nurses and other CNA's, and management does not care. If you go to them, they don't investigate. They always side with the nurses too. I was literally told by a nurse supervisor "the nurses will always be above you because they are needed more than you are." I came to work in fear everyday after what happened to me and it was really not okay and nothing was done. More than half the staff at this place is agency and they give the agency people whatever they want. The agency nurses and aides run this place. If you're regular staff you are overlooked and forgotten. Management is terrible, scheduling is terrible. I was scheduled for every single holiday when it was supposed to be every other and the scheduler would argue and refuse to take you off even if it wasn't your holiday. In the couple months I was there, I only requested one day off and was denied. They like to portray that this is a clean facility, but it's not. I've seen roaches on ever single floor in the skilled care unit. Housekeeping barely does anything and residents always complain about the lack of cleaning too. I would never work here again even if it was the only place hiring and I wouldn't trust having a family member here with all the issues going on. It's sad because these residents deserve so much better.

This doesn't even deserve a one star, and if I had to compare them to the amount of worse places I've experienced this would def be the worst one yet. if you wanna worsen your day go ahead and go to this place. They don't care about the staff for one MINUTE! they treat everyone there terrible.

My dealings with the staff have been nothing less than a 10/10. Whenever I have mentioned my grandmother they always immediately know to whom I am referring and are always willing to help me out despite their busy schedules. They go out of their way to make sure their residents have what they need and that they can help in any way that they can. I am very satisfied with my dealings with the nurses here and am confident in their care of my grandmother.
