Outside as long as they are well behaved. If small dog can sit on your lap or seat by rail not by bar
Yes as long as your dogs are used to outside dining and they don't bother anybody they don't have any problem with it there's also an awesome dog beach less than 2-3 Mi away from there that's really big it's like a mile long and it's just all dogs everywhere going into the water it's a lot of fun
They allow well behaved pets on the outside deck area. They can not be on the chairs, stools, or railings.
