Waste Pro is the most unprofessional waste removal company I have ever used. I have been a resident in PSL for a year and 1/2 now. Every week they have been late. To top it all off even in their last week of their contract they still didn’t pick up the garbage. Absolute disgrace by their unprofessional way of doing business. They even seem to hire bots to put in 5 star reviews. I would give them 0 stars but it’s not allowed. It’s a shame when garbage pickup is such an important role in a neighborhood.

I can’t get an answer from this company, when they didn’t pick up last week it was a staff issue, this week it’s a computer glitch and garbage is piling up in our community, and the city keep charging us and the rates keep going up. STOP CHARGING US UNTIL THE GARBAGE IS PICKED UP

We’ve been having the same problem, we had to call and someone came out the next day to pick everything up.
They always pick up but never on the right day. I had a problem with yard waste . But know more I got ahold of the right person .
She went above and beyond to get our trees and branches removed before hurricane season.

Because you saw a raccoon in the daytime doesn't mean it has something to do with the garbage on the curb. It's because of the building going on in port saint lucie. When you knock down bushes you are destroying their home they're habitat that is why you saw a raccoon in the daytime

Your suppose to have a day that's your reg day for pick up. Just like trash and recycled. But do to no employees they are leaving it go. I called and got service.
It seems that Waste Pro has gone from bad to worse!! There is no reason why trash and recycle are missed so often in 34953. It's rather pathetic!! Trying to call them is impossible as they do not even answer the phones or return messages.

I work for waste pro we are heavily behind on helpers as well as drivers because the job is too hard for most people past a certain number of hours a day we're doing the very best that we can to get people's garbage picked up if it's in this you can really reply to this or send it an email to waste pro and I will do my best to get them to respond and a timely manner if possible I know how it is not to have garbage picked up in your area we highly apologize
My normal yard waste p/u day is Friday but for the last few Fridays, no one shows up and it sits out all weekend.........Will I have yard waste pickup tomorrow? Concerned about storms and leaving it all sit out......I'm on SW Bailey Terrace, 34953.

No you don't have to make a special pick up. Just put it out on your regular garbage pickup day and we will collect to cubic yard.

What does it take for waste pro management to answer a phone call?? I've called 3 times left messages and to date no reply. I was told a "supervisor" should get back to me. To date no one has called. However, they want an increase.

I’m having the same issue I was told my pile was too big and a claw had to pick it up bc it was too much for the guy, I explained to the lady my 10 year old son made two trips and two piles and a grown man can’t pick it up? It’s been sitting in my front yard for almost 3 weeks now has killed my grass and I could probably just mow over it now and mulch it up but it needs a claw bc it’s so massive lol
