I would say outside of regular times people eat. You know, we eat 11am-1pm, 5pm-7pm, etc. Go early or late. Either way the wait is worth it!
Never been there on the fourth, but I'd go early or late after those who want to see some fireworks leave
We went on Father's Day. They opened at 11 am and we arrived at 11:25 am. We were able to walk in and get a table inside but shortly after that there was a major line waiting for seating...1 hour wait.
I will call, but depends on what time you're planning on going. It's going to ba packed for busy hours of operation
