For dual citizenship they ask for legal documents such a birth certificate, driver license, and naturalization paper for US. And for Philippine a passport and birth certificate will suffice that. In DC it's usually a long line so get there early like 7 am. Once your there sign in at the kiosk then keep an eye for your name on the board. They will also message you when your next to be seen. Keep in mind they do take care of their appt people first and expect that you may be waiting a long time 2-3 hrs, unless you get there super early.
